Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy explains when and how customers of CryptoPayroll.ai may request a refund of subscription fees. CryptoPayroll.ai is operated by Crypto Payroll LLC, a Delaware company.

We strive to provide a reliable, enterprise-grade non-custodial payroll platform. If something goes wrong on our side, we want to address it fairly and transparently.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund of subscription fees in the following situations:

  • Duplicate payment – you were charged twice for the same billing period due to a processing error;
  • Accidental upgrade – you unintentionally upgraded to a higher plan and notify us within a reasonable time; or
  • Extended service outage – the Platform was unavailable for an extended period due to an issue on our side, materially impacting your ability to use the service.

In such cases, we may, at our discretion, issue a full or partial refund for subscription fees paid within the last 14 days.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscription fees paid more than 14 days prior to the refund request;
  • Prorated amounts for unused time in the current billing period;
  • Overage charges related to your transaction volume;
  • Issues caused by misconfiguration, user errors, or incorrect wallet addresses;
  • Service interruptions caused by third-party blockchain networks or wallet providers; and
  • Losses related to digital asset volatility, gas fees, or on-chain conditions.

Our refund policy covers subscription access to the Platform only and does not extend to any on-chain activity performed by your wallet.

4. No Crypto Refunds

Subscription fees for CryptoPayroll.ai are paid via Stripe in fiat currency. We do not accept, hold, or refund cryptocurrency for subscription payments.

All refunds, when approved, are issued in fiat via Stripe back to the original payment method where possible.

5. How to Request a Refund

Include the following details in your request:

  • Company name;
  • Account owner’s email address;
  • Invoice or payment reference;
  • The reason for the refund request; and
  • Any supporting information or screenshots.

We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis and typically respond within 7 business days.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Effective Date” at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
